| Once you register, an activation code will be sent to your e-mail, find out our activation mail and press on the activation link, now your account will be activated. |

| Please find activation link inside the “SPAM” or “JUNK” mail, and Mark the mail as “NOT SPAM” or “NOT JUNK” & move the mail into the Inbox. |

| Our Grouping Concept is that each member in a group is an admin so that he can Invite a friend or accept a Join Request |

| What is the benefit of “No Admin” concept ?/ Why every one is admin? |
| To insure the continuity of the group, as if the Admin concept were applied, the group will stop inviting/accepting Poolers until the admin changes his work & register another ride to find new Poolers, so we found out that the “admin” is impractical in case of CarPooling. |

| How to join a Group? |
| Firstly, in order to join a group you must know at least one member of that group, to authorize you for such a group, Secondly, send a join request to a specific group and your request will be sent to all members of that group to be approved by any member of the group. |

| I ‘ve sent a Join Request long time ago & nothing have happened so far ? |
| Try to contact your friend who is member of that group, to approve you for such a group. |
| |
| I know someone who is interested in my group. |
| Send him an invitation which will be sent to his e-mail address, and he shall approve that membership invitation. |

| Do I have to renew my carpool ride request? |
| Yes, each ride request is valid for 2 week, before it exoires by 3 days, an Expiry notification mail will be sent to your mail includes a renewal activation . |

| I’ve just found some matches, What should I do now? |
| Press on the “Send Request” button, and write a message for your potential Carpool partner which will be sent to his e-mail address. |

| What if I don’t find a match? |
| Probably you are limiting your search to your registered groups, Try to extend your search on all Data Base carpoolers, by unchecking the “Only Match with people from my Groups” |

| Are carpoolers supposed to take turns driving? |
| Yes, the concept in CarPooling is to switch drivers, this can be done on a daily basis, a weekly basis or longer, depending on the carpoolers’ preferences. This may change over time as new people join the carpool. |

| What are some ways to organize picking up and dropping off people on carpool days? |
There is a number of different ways to organize the logistics. If carpool members live close to each other, then the driver can simply come by each person’s house to pick them up. If that’s not feasible, then carpoolers can meet at one of the members’ houses or a centrally located public place or a meet up point.
On the other end of the commute, carpoolers can plan to meet at a centrally located spot for the driver to pick them up if they don’t work at the same company. |
